1 · Free to browse, free to list
Browsing the registry is free and open to everyone. Listing is free: submissions go through a review, and we may edit for clarity, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion. Getting listed does not create any endorsement or commercial relationship.
2 · Our database rights
The registry is an original compilation: its selection, verification, de-duplication, classification, descriptions and arrangement are created and maintained by Startup Login and are protected as a database and literary compilation under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable law. Individual facts belong to no one — this particular compilation belongs to us.
3 · What you may do
- Browse, search and share links to the registry and to individual listings.
- Quote small excerpts (for example, a listing or a short list) with attribution and a link to startuplogin.com.
- Index the site as a general-purpose search engine or assistant that refers users back to startuplogin.com.
4 · What you may not do
- Bulk-extract, scrape, or copy substantial parts of the registry — manually or by automated means — for republication, resale, or building a competing directory or dataset.
- Republish the registry (or a substantial part of it) on another website, app, API, dataset or product, with or without modification.
- Harvest any contact information for unsolicited outreach.
- Misrepresent the source of the data or remove attribution.

5 · Listings and accuracy
Information in the registry is compiled from public sources and from submissions by founders and organisations. We verify what we reasonably can, but we don't guarantee accuracy or completeness, and nothing here is investment, legal or business advice. To correct or remove a listing that concerns you, contact us and we'll act promptly.
6 · Privacy
Contact details submitted with a listing (email, LinkedIn) are used only to communicate about that listing and are never published or sold.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
